How to move Some Paid Apps from my Corporate iPad to a Personal iPad

I have a corporate owned iPad 4 that I have loaded some paid personal apps on. I'd like to buy a personal use only iPad and move those paid apps over to it, still maintaining the corporate owned one just for business apps (we have many content laden company apps that need their own space).

Is there a way to do that?

You would have to use the same Apple ID on the personal iPad.

No, you can chose to download the one you just need from the apps store after logging in with the Apple ID.
