Chrome. Cross platform syncing with my Windows 8.1 PC and Nexus 4 android phone is a must for me. No complaints with Chrome on iPad thus far.

Safari all the way. Syncs across all my Apple devices and my Mac Air.

I use Safari most of the time on my iPhone. I also use Puffin. Puffin is great and can do Flash. My wife gets eCards from her sister that won't work in Safari because it uses Adobe Flash. But they play in Puffin. It's in the cloud. I have to copy and paste the eCard to Puffin.

I use Safari, I always have. I find it absolutely fine. I use it on my iPhone, iPad & MacBook. I looked at Google Chrome briefly on my iPhone a long while ago but I didn't like it at all.
