I am having a quandary in relation to the best keyboard to use as my everyday driver, I have both the Smart Keyboard and the Logitech Create and am constantly switching between the two.
My iPad Pro is mainly used for email, browsing, taking notes (both typed and written using Apple Pencil).
Apple Smart Keyboard
Pro's
Lightweight
Removable
Non-Slip on desktop
Con's
Does not feel secure, even with Silicone Cover on
Keys are not responsive enough
No dedicated function keys
Keyboard not back-lit
Logitech Create 9.7
Pro's
iPad is secure and fully protected
Excellent back-lit keyboard
Holder for Apple Pencil
Dedicated function keys
Con's
Adds additional bulk and weight
Outer cover can be slippery to hold
Base is slippery and moves around when used on a desk of smooth surface
Handwiritng only practical in landscape mode
iPad does not detach easily from case
Both keyboards have a similar number of Pro's and Con's and I would welcome feedback from users on their experience and thoughts on either keyboards as I really need to make a decision and stick to it.
Many Thanks
Neil
