Wifi iPad Pro 9.7 issues no software update

I got a sprint cellular/wifi ipad pro 9.7" and the web browser works but sporify will constantly pause and play music. I also cant connect to software update. It keeps telling me error loading software update.
Whats wrong with my ipad?

I also cant get youtube to play videos or netflix to stream over wifi.

I'm not having any of those problems with my 9.7" iPad Pro cellular + Wi-Fi model. Try going to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset Network Settings". I'm assuming your internet service / Wi-Fi network isn't experiencing any problems. If you're unsure, reboot your Router and Cable/DSL modem, if applicable. If none of that helps, restore your device and set it up as new.
