HELP!!! Screen Problem Caused By Logi Keyboard Case !!!!

Defect from the LOGI Keyboard case please can someone report on this because it messed up the screen of my wife's iPad 12.9 . Very irritating when you buy this product to protect the screen only to find out it causes a rub line across the screen were you rest your hands wrist at on the Keyboard! I can post pictures if someone ask! Is this an issue with anyone else ! I want a refund on my iPad from Logi! Not sure how to go about this without proof!
