Is there a Weather App for the IPad Mini that shows up in the Notification Center the same way that it does on the IPhone and IPod Touch? I have tried several, but they don;t show up, and I don't think one was included on the Mini.

One that shows the current weather in NC or one that gives updates for severe weather in NC?

There is no stock weather app included on iPad, so you won't be able to see the current conditions there like on iPhone. But if you're looking for severe weather notification, the weather channel app provides those.

The Fahrenheit weather app is a weather widget app. You just set it up in the notification setting and it shows on the app.
