I'm a new member from greece and i don't know so good english, so if i'll do any mistakes, forgive me.

I've got two, not so, problems that i want to solve.

First, there is any site where i can download .ipa files for my iPad Mini, or, if the game's title says that is for iPad 2 it's the same as the iPad Mini, because i have heard that the iPad 2 and the iPad Mini have the same resolution.

Secondly, how can i install .ipa files on my iPad Mini without jailbreak it ( there is no available jailbreak ).

If you are downloading .ipa files from somewhere other than the AppStore or iTunes, then you are pirating them. This site does not discuss obtaining apps or any other media by illegal means.
