Shipping the Mini internationally

Hi all, I'm trying to buy an iPad Mini 4G hopefully for this Christmas, but I'm having great difficulty getting it shipped outside the US, specifically to the USVI. Here's my problem:

1. Apple.com does not ship to the USVI
2. Walmart.com wouldn't ship outside the US due "carrier restrictions"
3. Prices on ebay are ridiculous
4. Prices on amazon are ridiculous

Are there any other reputable sites out there that ships iPad Minis internationally?

You're not likely to find any places that will:

a) Do it.
b) Not charge you crazy prices for it.

Better off shipping it someone you know / trust in the U.S. and having them ship it out for you.
