I can only view 30 apps in each category.

I hate this new view. Why can't I see more than 30 apps.

recently solved this problem.

When I checked on my iPhone each category only has approx 30 to 40 Apps to look through.

Why is this.

Am I missing something.

Same on my mini.

No one has any response to this... What happened to the App Store before I could browse 1000s of apps now only 50 or so.

This is on the my iPhone and mini and my daughters iPad 2

I'm not sure i understand your question. When I fire up the App Store app and type in "news" in the search field, I get over 13,000 results to browse. Check out the bottom of the attached screenshot.

That works for me too. Didn't try it that way.

I'm used to searching via categories. I used to go to the productivity section and search through that way, now if I do that I only get new and noteworthy and that's only 50 apps.

Sometimes I'm not sure what I'm looking for so searching by keyword is limited for me.

Sometimes you just stumble upon a cool app, not sure what changed but I used to be able to view 1000s of apps this way ....
