The iPad mini is advertised as having 10 hours of battery life, but personally, I've never gotten less than 12. Here's mine:

This is pretty average for me. Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's worse. This is with the brightness at about 50% and wifi always on.

I would I also like to know what the actual usage is for others. Mine is mostly document editing, email replies through out the day. And in the evening it's about two hours of Netflix. I get anywhere between 14 to 18 hours of actual use in a span of 3 to 4 days.

This is from the first charge. 12 hours is very impressive considering that is with LTE & WiFi usage.

Whoa, that's nuts. I haven't managed to break 15 hours with normal usage. I probably could if I tweaked my brightness settings and turned on airplane mode when I'm not using wifi but I'm too lazy to make the effort :P.

Wifi was always on, haven't made any tweaks, Bluetooth was always on. And didn't mess with brightness other than having it on auto brightness

UPDATE; battery life actually seems to be improving. Battery has 51% remaining at 7 hours, 34 minutes' usage so far.

After my third full charge I'm still getting between 11 and 12 hours of use. This is with half WiFi and LTE usage.
