    Default iPad wifi overseas

    I know the answer but it will make my folks feel better if I ask....

    My dad is going to Italy for 6 months and wants an iPad to FaceTime with my mom, sister and my family. He has wifi in his suite so I'm assuming he will be able to FaceTime when both parties are on wifi
