The mini dock connector is a pretty sure bet...

This is a tough one because as an iPad 3 owner I think it is already the best. However, if I can pick one thing that I'd like to see with the next iPad it would be a faster processor.

Yeah, I'd say these are probably a given:

Upgraded CPU
Reduction in weight and thickness
Breakthrough design in screen technology allowing them to reduce layers so that the image is brought closer to the glass and the screen requiring less power (reduction in power consumption and not needing two light bars)
Upgraded front facing camera to FaceTime HD
Upgraded to rear camera to 8MP
Same battery life
Smaller battery but more efficient
Reduction in heat output

Only wild card is if there will be a change in design. I'd like to see the speaker face you instead of it's current position of facing away from you. I think the overall design is pretty much going to be the same...but we'll see. I don't see any dramatic change to form factor.

I don't really have a clue what you're trying to convey here...perhaps it should come with Rosetta Stone American English Edition.

Do you know how big the internals for inductive charging are? I don't. I'm curious. And does it work through aluminum?

The standard hardware improvements plus a significant reduction in weight plus a redesign.
And a little update on iOS 6 to add a feature to view two apps simultaneously.
Just these four would make it totally awesome.

I'd like to see support in Safari for Adobe Flash. A lot of the Internet uses Flash after all.
