Ipad mini going crazy!

Hi there!

Since a short period of time my ipad seems to glitch like hell.
The screen flashes, and the colors change a lot..

Any idea how this can be fixed?
Since the glitch thing my ipad also goes very very slow!
I did a full factory reset, but still going slow and doing crazy

Do an iTunes restore. If possible, try to restore as a new iPad.
