iPad Mini Retina Keyboard

Has anybody experienced any lag at all in the main keyboard when typing whether it is in typing messages or using tapia talk. It seems like the keyboard letters are slow and laggy and just seem to respond as fast and crisp as my 5S keyboard. I am running 7.1 on both.
Anything like this from anyone else?

No, I have not noticed a lag at all.

Sometimes posting on here I will notice the keyboard start to lag a little, but it doesn't happen very often.
