I always go for the white and silver so I don't get smudges on the front bezels, which I hate a lot by the way.

White/Silver. I switched from being a black device fan when I got my iPhone 5. I decided to try the white because I was always losing my black phones because they're harder to see on dark furniture, couches, etc. For a personal device, it just seems cleaner, brighter, fresher - and it stays cleaner than the black, which shows every tiny smudge.
