I'm trying to set up my new ipad air 2, but I'm stuck waiting for the iCloud Drive to upgrade.

The icon keeps circling around, but it's been doing so for 20 minutes. I can't get any telephone help (very busy lines at the moment), so I thought I'd try on line. Any suggestions?

Everything else has gone fine so far - no emails have been sent or received though so far - I assume because of this upgrade issue.

It depends on your internet speed and the amount of stuff you have in your iCloud Drive. Either give it more time or start over.
