What is everyone's device orientation preference?

Just curious what is everyone's orientation preference?

I typically use it in landscape because of my case but starting to enjoy using it in portrait mode.
Thoughts?

Nice. So it's not weird holding this big thing in portrait.. It's weird to me holding it in portrait with my case on it. So I take it off obviously.

It depends on what I'm doing. If I'm doing typical stuff like texting, email, forum reading, note taking, receipt scanning, etcetera then I prefer portrait mode, but if I'm watching a video, editing a .pdf document, logged in to iMore via Safari in desktop view, etc., then I prefer to use landscape mode.

Typing long messages and watching long videos, I use it in landscape.

Everything else is portrait. You just get to see more in portrait.

Like most here, I generally prefer portrait mode for most activities. I will switch it to landscape when typing in Evernote or on Pages. Video watching and picture viewing also take place mostly in landscape. I originally thought I also would text or post on Tapatalk in landscape mode, but I seem to be doing that mostly in portrait now.

If it's a quick text or message, I'll just type it in portrait if I'm already in portrait. Longer messages will be typed in landscape because it saves me time.

Depends on what state of rest I'm in. Laying in bed in my back, I have to have the phone in landscape. For some reason I cannot type in portrait mode when I'm on my back. In any other position I will type in portrait mode.
