cannot initialize the library

So I have a jb'd ipad and I get this when I try to use dish anywhere. Is there a fix for it. From what I have found the old fix was excon that would fool the apps that look for the jailbreak? Does anyone have any suggestions???

You don't want to hear the suggestion that will likely be the only viable solution: restore to stock if you really want to use the Dish app.
