Jailbroke Ipad

I have an ipad 4th gen that is jailbroken and i tried watching dish anyhere on it and it won't let me won't because it sees that it's JB'd. I did a quick search and found that xcon should take care of that. Installed xcon alias and it didn't work. Every time i launch an app it closes it immediately. So I uninstalled the xcon alias and it still does the same thing! Now my ipad won't open up any apps!!!

Install iLex-RAT from Cydia, run and it will restore your iPad but keep the same iOS and preserve your jailbreak. If u don't care about the jailbreak, place into dfu mode and restore as new thru iTunes

I have 2 options once that's installed rat or restore???

Make sure u have mobile terminal installed and restore thru option 12.
