App Store is old

So I restored my iPad. I went to the App Store and it wasn't like it was before ( I have iOS 6.1.3 ) it looks like in iOS 5. It is older than it was before. How can i get right App Store, I didn't had this before!

You can either logout of the iTunes & App Store and then log back in or try rebooting your device. One or the other should correct the issue.

Also I believe that the ios 4-6 stores are the same..............
