Why is this across top Safari??

It's not on my iPhone just my iPad. Probably something I have done???

That looks like the bookmark bar.

Thank you! Just went to settings and sure enough it was set to on. Changed it and now it's gone! Don't have a clue why it was changed. Thanks again!
