    Default ?Why does my iPhone 5 sync fine with Outlook Calendar but my iPad 4 does not?

    Heck, I don't know. Are they set up exactly the same way? Which Outlook -- The app or Outlook.com? If it is the latter, make sure that your Outlook.com account is set up via Exchange and afterwards, turn on Calendar sync.
