iPad 4: MIcro SIM or Nano SIM?

Does the iPad 4 use the same sim as the iPad 3 (micro SIM), or does it now have the same nano SIM of the iPhone 5?

I can't find an answer to this anywhere. I may upgrade to the iPad 4 but I have a company issued Verizon micro SIM that would need to work in it.

iPad 4th gen is micro sim, iPad mini is nano sim. if you go to the apple website and click on compare iPad's it shows you
