ipad - wifi troubles

I have wi_fi to computers but im trying to connect to my I pad but all im getting is a circle going round and round do any one can help with this issue

Reboot the wifi device you are wanting to connect to if you have the control over the device to be able to reboot it...

on the iPad... go to Settings>> General>> Reset>> Reset Network Settings -- after doing this, you will have to re-establish any previously used wifi connections and enter passwords where required...
