Replacement for overheating iPad 3

Does Apple replaces any ipad 3 that has heating issue?

What do you consider a heating issue? iPads get hot when you use them a lot. You could try to bring it to an Apple store though. You never know they might just replace it.

Genius Bar can run a diagnostic. iPad 3 can run warm when doing certain things liking gaming, FaceTime, and ect. It's normal.
