video download problem need help

hello to all
i made 2 short videos. i connect the ipad to my laptop but it never downloads it get the error picture could not be copy. but i can view the video on my ipad fine. i have quick time install on laptop
real player and media player. what i'm i doing wrong that i can transfer the videos.??? thanks

Can you elaborate on what you're trying to do?

Are the movies in iTunes now, and you're trying to syncing them to you iPad, and the sync is failing?
