The consensus is that it will be debuted at an October event. So we still have a month to go stay tuned.

With the new A6 processor a new iPad will rock. My iPad is feeling pretty slow when compared to my iphone 5.

I'm guessing the iPad Mini won't get the new processor. If they are trying for a budget model they aren't going to pack in the latest hardware. I would guess we will get closer to iPad 2 specs.
