hey i need some help ,, i know that the 4G LTE works in US and Canada only , so what about the HSDPA (3.5G) and the HSDPA+(3.75G) .. did it also work in for verizon and AT&T only or i works free in other contries on other carriers .. please i need the answer because i intend to buy it from US before i get back to my country

HSPA+ works fine with the AT&T iPad 3 in the US. As a matter of fact, using an AT&T sim card in a Verizon iPad 3 will also get you HSPA+, I believe. What other country are you taking it back to? That's important to know so that you can find out if the carriers support HSPA+

I got it on the apple website .. iPad Wi-Fi + 4G does not support LTE in any other countries, carriers, or networks.

iPad Wi-Fi + 4G is compatible with all carriers that support iPad Wi-Fi + 3G, with additional support for fast 3G networks, including HSPA, HSPA+, and DC-HSDPA.
