    Default Cellular and wifi

    Ok not sure about this but if you have your wifi on and the cellular on and lets say you cellular is coneected and you come home. Your wifi then connect to your home network. Now you check your email or check a web page . Which system is being used ?
    Carrier: AT&T & Vzn
    Devices: iPhone 4S, iPad LTE

    It will prefer wifi.

    Thanks so much. I really though that was the way it work but just was not shore about it. I like to have mine set that way so when I get home I don't have to change anything plus when I leave it just pickup and goes.

    I had to turn off my Cellular as AT&T was deducting data usage even while I was on a full Wifi Signal.

    Just to be safe I turn my cell use off too when not needed. I'm sure att will suck up that data plan usage any chance they get. I got data just for occasional use anyway. Use my iPhone data when on the go.

    I keep my cellular data turned off when not in use as well.
