New iPad won't sync with MacBook

Okay, so iCloud is on the MacBook now and my iPhone 4S has everything as far as calendar, contacts, email accounts, etc synced from my MacBook but for whatever reason I can not get my iPad to do the same!!! I've tried iCloud and a few other things with no such luck. Any ideas???

Is iCloud enabled on your new iPad and If so, is everything you want synced turned on? Also, are you using the same Apple ID on all 3 devices?

Yes I am! Everything I have turned on, on my iPhone I have on my iPad. Only thing I can't figure out is if my MacBook isn't syncing right. No clue how to access the iCloud on my Mac. I know it installed in beta.
