Zoom in on faces not working?

When I have the picture frame mode going, it doesn't seem to zoom in on any faces. Anyone else notice this?

Doesn't do a damn thing for me, either. Perhaps one needs to process the photos in some way first?

Don't think so, as the feature works on my ipad2 with the same pics. Probably just a bug.
