    Default How to copy wifi passwords from old iPad

    I decided to setup my New iPad as new. Therefore, I lost all my wifi passwords.

    Does anyone know how to copy wifi passwords from another idevice to my new iPad, without jail breaking ?

    I think your going to have to go back to put in all your passwords again cause an back up from syncing with Itunes erased all mine.My old Ipad hasn't sold yet so I just took an pic of the passwords so that I have them as I go along to re-enter them again.

    Of you owned the previous iPad and have made backups via iCloud, you *may* be able to recover the passwords by restoring from one of those backups. I maintain all of my passwords and other important data with DataVault. I can simply copy & paste.

    Don't hold me to this but I seem to remember that if you do an encrypted backup with iTunes, it will store your passwords.

    Worth a shot.
