Rene richie all over the web sites are confirming this! That you'll be able to use 4g unlimited if you had the plan originally and are grandfathered in! Also that tablets are not suspect able to throttling!

I have got all fingers crossed on this one...Looks pretty silly actually...but they are all crossed!!!

I'm always around wifi. So for me, I don't even need the 2gb I have. I only switched to this plan last month because of my son. Had the iPad in my car watching Netflix.

Google searches will find them. Throttling appears to be smartphones only.
