iPad tracking thread

I have check my order sense launch day it still does not have a tracking number. Makes me wonder if it going to get here on Friday . If I do get a tracking number that means I will have to stay at home all day. Because my guess is they will not leave it with out a signature .

You can pre-sign for it on the Apple site and have them leave it without signature.

They are indeed on the move. I'm hoping for a delivery today, since the stores will have them tomorrow. However, at worst it seems like the first batch will be at our doors on the 16th as promised.

I don't think it's actually moving yet, but my iPad in Louisville showed an "import scan" about an hour and a half ago.

Mine is showing Newark as well, but I'm not getting excited until I see the update "out for delivery". Unitl then I just have to hold my enthusiasm in check!

Actually, I am having trouble with the last part as I thought I was too late to get the first shipments as my first email from Apple said shipping the 19th for arrival on the 21st. Then, hallelujah, the tracking from Fedex says for delivery tomorrow! Happy camper here!!

Mine is nowhere in sight on the UPS site. It's at Ready for UPS since Monday. I suppose the site doesn't have time to update

I ordered on the 9th, identical model to yours. I am in 2nd wave, Northeast US. I was hoping for bump-up in timing, but didn't ever really expect it. HUGE and welcome surprise...

I guess you're not in the 2nd wave after all

I must have ordered too late in the day on the 9th, mine still shows "Processing" with shipping on the 19th for delivery on the 19th...oh well...

My iPad 3 isn't very smart, it was in Nashville, it's now in Memphis. Someone needs to go tell it, it's going in the wrong direction. I am in Chattanooga...

Count mine as also in Louisville. Finally an update, guess its not lost in Hong Kong after all. Evidently I won't be getting an early delivery as its 1300 miles away from me....can't wait for tomorrow!!!!

My 32GB white iPad left Nashville and arrived in Memphis at 7:25 this morning - one step closer to me! I think I'll stop checking until tomorrow morning when I know I'll see "Out for Delivery." Oh, who am I kidding....
