iPad 3 Price Increase

Mac Rumors is saying there will be an increase from the current base price of $499 to $579 for the 16 GB WIFI version $679 for 32GB and $779 for 64 GB. Do you think this is accurate and will it change your thought on buying the iPad 3?

It's a rumor for now. We'll find out at announcement. When was the last time Apple raised the price on the new upcoming model of anything? I can't even remember. I say the rumor is wrong.

I don't see a price increase happening. That said, Apple could charge $1000.00 of a 16GB wi-fi only, and there would be lines for it on launch day. Yes, it sounds that good.
