In comcast email I cannot open any hyperlinks

on my ipad 2 I cannot open hyperlinks in comcast email. On same account links do work
on my iphone 4s

Could it be an iOS version issue? I was able to send email from my Comcast account to my iPad mini and they worked just fine, but I am on iOS 9.02. Are you on an earlier version?
