Why won't my iPad 2 load the site greenbaywi.gov.?

Ipad2 will not load the site greenbaywi.gov.

I have tried on multiple days and on safari and chrome. Everything else loads fine. Site loads fine on different laptop. Have powered off. Cleared cache, pretty much all the easy stuff with no luck.

You can try Request Desktop Site in Safari, if you haven't already, but to be honest, there are some sites that do not work properly on the iPad/iPhone.

Trried to request desktop site and does not load. I have been on the site many times before, just doesnt load now.

I don't know about the iPad 2, but it loads on my iPhone 6 Plus using Safari.
