iPad 2 Screen Problem

Since last week, my iPad 2 has not displayed properly (see attached pictures), the problem appeared when it was running iOS 6.1.3 and still persist in iOS 7.0.2.



Do anyone has experienced before? do you know how can I fix it?

Is the screen messed up in those same spots even when you are in an app? If you change the wallpaper are the same spots still messed up? Looks like the screen maybe damaged and not really anything software related.

The mess up is dynamic, it seems depends on specific gradient of color, and it looks vibrating in some specific color. I have tried to screen captured it, and affect the same color range no matter in which orientation.
