Manage ipad2 apps under IOS7 and iTunes 11

So, I updated my iPad-2 to IOS7 todat, and of course the Facetime app was force-fit to the first Apps screen.
I NEVER use this...
So I wanted to move it to another screen.
The usual hold-till-wiggle and move do not work on several of the Apps now! Including Facetime of course.
So, I went to iTunes.
Which tells me I need version 11 to talk to my IOS7 device.
So, I update to iTunes 11.
Finally I seem to get a sync.
But, the App manager is all messed-up. I do not have the multiple App screens At all! So I can't manage the apps.
Is this some shake-out problem merging iTunes with IOS7 ???

Not that I'm aware of. Exit the iTunes app on your computer and then initiate it again and see if that helps.
