Error code trying to update to iOS 7

Strangest thing......was able to update my girlfriend's iPad2 to iOs7, but mine won't do it. It'll download the file, but then says there is an error in installing it. Any ideas?!!! Thanks in advance!

Do you get an error code number? Or any text describing what the error is? Try a Bing or Google search the error number or text of the error.
