setting up SCREEN OFF/ON CRT TV OLD Style Animation in iPad 2 :)

Hi folks!

I've spent a bunch of hours looking for this application both in net and in App Store but unfortunately I didn't find any.
We all knew that we had this kind of application in Android, and I wonder if we have this thing in iOS too? specifically in iPad 2?

if we do have, can I ask a favor from you guys to post a link or instructions on how to get this app WITHOUT undergoing with JAILBREAKING process coz I'm not good at this one, never tried honestly. Will wait for some responses
