Weird question about % of usage my iPad says?

I was just looking thru some stuff on my pad today and decided to check on the % of my memory I was using and I about fell out my seat when it said I only had around 2GB left.

So I took nearly EVERYTHING off and guess what... It ONLY went up to 5.2GB left. What is the deal I have checked everything pictures,video,music and apps and nothing.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

What is the usage breakdown? How much does it say is music, photos, other?

If ou do a wipe and restore, you'll get the space back.
