Hi! I wanted to make a US itunes account but I'm always having "Please contact iTunes account to complete this transaction" any help?

Have you tried contacting them for more help?

You have to be in the US for a US iTunes acct or using a VPN and/or proxy that makes it appear you are in the US.

I actually did do those.

I contacted them, but they said I can't do that outside US.

I used vpn and other stuffs to make my location US but it's not.

I just really want to play this game. but it's only available in the US for now.

Them somehow it is seeing guru the VPN or proxy. The only thing I can suggest is to try another service.
