iPad 2 Update 4.3.3 won't work! HELP!

I am trying to update my iPad 2 to the new update but it will not work!

My iPad is running 4.3.1 and it will not update!

Can someone please help me?!

Do u have tiny umbrella installed on your pc or have you changed your host files at all for jailbreaking if so then u need to edit your host files back to normal before restoring and open tiny umbrella and and click advanced then uncheck write to host file

i have the same issue. I have an Ipad 2 wifi I tried to update to 4.3.3 from 4.3.2 and it fails after the extraction. no jb, just a stock ipad 2. Any suggestions
