iPad iOS 4.3.3, any changes?

Are there any other differences to 4.3.3 besides the location db update?

I think that's all there is to it. Doesn't seem to be any other changes.

IMO a really nice move from apple responding quickly to the concerns. Excellent PR.

I haven't noticed anything different. Appears to just be the location update as you stated.
