iOS 4.3 and the iPad

So I upgraded to iOS 4.3 on my iPad and I watched Rene's 5 min video of iOS 4.3 and I don't know how to setup home share on the iPad. They explained it for the iPhone but there is no "more" tab for the iPad...

Anyone have info on this?
