Can't restore my jailbroken iphone to ios 9

Hi! I have jailbreak on ios 8.3. I want to install IOS 9 now. But everytime I try to restore my iphone, iTunes gives an error such as "error occurred 17" sometimes it says "error occurred 3154". I have tried to restore my iphone in both DFU mode and recovery mode. But no luck. Can someone mention the steps to restore iphone? maybe I am missing a step.

May very well be the case. I would look for iOS 9 info. A lot changes especially with iOS releases and Jail Breaking.
