Is there a way to control & edit the length of time to show text in a video?

Hello there,

i would like to know, if there is a way how to control and edit the lenght of time of showing the text in the video. For Ex. if i want title at the begining just for a 2 sec. How can i do that.

Are you talking about writing a program, or do you just mean simple (and I KNOW video editing is not all that simple, but it is compared to programming) video editing? If you mean video editing then this thread might be a better fit here.....
