Funny thing is, I had wifi issues on 9.3 and 9.3.1. I haven't noticed them again, as of the recent update.

Same here, I updated 4 iOS devices to 9.3 as soon as it was released and started to have dropping wifi connection on all of them.
Was there in 9.3.1 and 9.3.2. I reported it a few times in the last betas, but seems they only fixed it now.

I don't know if this is a new iOS bug, but since updating, my Apple Watch will not connect to Bluetooth devices (i.e. My heart rate monitor chest strap). Bluetooth in settings just spins and spins forever.

I'm on public now. I seem to have more issues with my radios than before. Face Time dropped on me a few times today as well.

I updated my iPad Mini 2. Updated with no problems. Everything is fast and smooth.

I've been having problems on 9.3.2 with Bluetooth calls in my car. Can anyone confirm if they've experienced this? More importantly, can anyone confirm if it's fixed in the new beta?

I think most of us are people on the public beta waiting for a more stable iOS 10 beta release.

Yes it won't come to public beta until dev beta 3 releases. But if you don't have a dev Account, there are plenty of configuration profiles in the wild.

Probably wants to stick with betas that are less glitchy and that would still mean waiting until Dev betas 3-4.
