Live Photo stutter on iOS 9.3.2

When I take a Live Photo there's a stutter in the beginning when I take the photo. It's also present during playback. It looks like the Live Photo starts, has a stutter (or something), backs up to the beginning, and then goes forward as normal.

I get that too. Seems it may have to do with the pressure applied. I can play with it and get it to do better. But each picture is different.
